Hey BP, Quick question I'm moving towards by and holds and I have one where the home already has a tenant. However the owner doesn't want to home anymore due to them relocating. Can any one provide some guidance as to this home can become under my business properly? What documentation is needed? Whose credit should be check first? I'm doing this for the residual income versus continuing wholesales for the moment. Any advice will help!
