Landlord insurance cancelling after 30 days vacant...normal?
State Farm is threatening to cancel our landlord insurance policy since the property has been vacant for more than 30 days. Is this normal?! What do others due when a property is vacant for longer than expected? I'm feeling really blindsided by this. They swear they told me about this when they quoted me, but I don't remember anything about that rule.
