two tenants, remove one add another Q's
Hello everyone, first post here.
So I have a couple that no longer gets along and tenant 1 wants to move out. I said okay if tenant 2 gets a go-signer (did not qualify on their own). Tenant 2 found a co-signer who will be moving in so now I have on my hands one tenant removal, one co-signing party and a co-tenant signing onto the lease.
Should I cancel the current lease then start a new lease with tenant 1 and co-tenant? or should I amend with a tenant removal and add the new co-signer/co-tenant onto the lease?
