Pcs orders after home purchase

I closed on a house at the end of Feb and received pcs orders this week. I have to be out by the end of August and need any help I can get on renting my house. I haven't heard any good reviews of local property managers so my husband and I want to rent it ourselves to a coworker but I need help!
