Budgeting for Capx
Im listening through all the podcasts and I just went through one of them, I think its was episode 33 or 35 or something.... Anyways they guys were talking about saving for capital expenditures and I was curious what number is recommended to sock away for CapX? Like 10 percent of the rent?
What popped into my head was to immediately take 20 percent right off the top of the (hopeful) rent when Im crunching numbers in order to account for A) 10 percent to PM (whether it be myself or a company) and B) another 10 percent put away to save for Capital expenditures?
Id appreciate any input!
