Does any one use rentalutions for their property management software? I have 30 units and was looking for feedback. I kinda like it better than buildium. I am doing the trial for Buildium. Does any body use it and would like to share there experience? Thanks

rentalutions is fairly new,  the software was built by an ex ibanker with the part time real estate investor in mind.  I recommended to a friend who was going to manage his property manually,  his tenants love it so far.  The user interface is clean, mobile friendly and it's pretty easy to use. I plan on using it on the 2 properties i have. I'll post my experience later.
