Hi All,

Just bought my first two family home. Since there is one heater and one meter, the heat and electric will all be in my name as the land lord. I understand I will need to price in the costs and I can call the appropriate companies to get the historic average. But is there any other suggestions anyone has to  keep the tenants from abusing the all included unities?

Thanks!

Pat
