Short Term Lease?

I am currently trying to rent my home out, as we are purchasing a new home that will be built and ready to close towards the end of July.  We are leaving June 10th to go on a summer road trip until then.  I am really wanting to get my house rented, but am having trouble finding potential tenants that have a good credit/background check.  I have listed the house for $800/month.  Recently, someone contacted me about a short term lease (3 months) through August 31st, she has a temp position at the local hospital.  I am considering it, just so I know we get it rented, but not sure this is a good idea.  Should I up the rent to accommodate a short lease?  Would I keep electric and water in my name since it would be such a short rent and have her pay me directly?  Just wondering if I should hold out for a long term rental or secure this through the summer.
