Central Mass Handyman

Hi all!

I own 46 units in Central Mass (mostly Worcester) and my current handyman no longer wants to work weekends.  Unfortunately, many of my tenants do not like our team entering their apartment while they're at work (and most work on week days).  Does anyone have a handyman that they'd recommend?  If so, I'd greatly appreciate it if you could PM me with their information.

This could also be an opportunity for some of us who are at this awkward stage (have enough units to be very busy but not enough to hire full time handymen) to team up to enjoy some of the economies of scale that the larger investors enjoy.
