Basic Cook County Housing Voucher question

To those who rent in Cook County,

Just got an application from someone I am told has a housing voucher (by the real estate agent representing applicant).

Aren't I supposed to actually receive a copy of the housing voucher with their application?

As basic as this question is, I can't find an answer on the Chicago Housing authority website, any other website, CHA video for landlords, and when I called CHA and asked the question they transfered me to someone on vacation...

What paperwork are they supposed to submit with their application related to the housing voucher??
