Transitioning into property management

I recently obtained my NC Real Estate license back in November of 2015.  I currently am working a full time job, which has been good to me.  My main goal is to become a property manager and utilize all of my experience into this field.  I'm looking for recommendations of anyone i could talk to that may be able to help me with the steps in order to transition into property management.  I currently live in Concord, North Carolina and commute less than an hour away for my current full time job.  Thanks BP members!

I'd try to find a firm that has someone that can mentor you and assist if issues come up while you're at your full time gig.
