I live in Flower Mound, Tx 75028. We have a two story, four bed, with pool and immaculate back yard with bar and outdoor kitchen.  I am cosindering thee options.

Refinance/Rent them home out

Sell and buy some other rental property

I looked around and median rental for four bed no pool is 2200 to 2500

But I see a LOT of rentals available.

I cant afford formthe house to be empty...

How can i know if it is a cold or warm market?
