Newbie Landlord - Rent Collection Question

Hello - I just found a tenant and will be collecting rent for the first time.  What options do you offer your tenants?  I'm looking for something reliable without fees.  

-I'd like to offer both an electronic option via cozy or erentpayments and also a mail in check option. -For the mail in check option, I'd prefer not to use my home address, what do you use for your address?
