Maintenance

I am currently looking at a duplex in a descent area that will cash flow 470 per month before taking out for maintenance. I just wanted to get an idea of the amount some of you out back from rents. Total cost of unit is 55,000.

@Penny Clark Thanks for your post! I am not sure I understand why you would account 5-7% for maintenance and then more for property management. Could you please expand on this?
