Rental Property Advice, Lubbock TX

Hello all,

My name is Jimmy Holcomb and I am just beginning to open the doors of real estate investing. I am 20 years old currently pursuing a degree in finance at Texas Tech University. Just recently my father and I started a LLC, geared towards rental properties. We are looking to buy one house now and in ten years own upwards of thirty. I have already done my fair share of research on my own but now I would like input from the bigger pocket community. I am looking for some big dos and don'ts about rental properties. Any advice will help.

Thanks
