Short Term Rentals in Vietnam

Hi BP Community!

I'm a newb to the world of property management and rentals. I'm an even bigger newb in the world of property rentals abroad. 

Regardless of this fact, I began an AirBnB business here where I leased a property, and with permission from the owners, I re-leased it out on AirBnB. That has led me to start my own property management company after being approached by many homeowners on how I could help them do the same thing. 

But I still have a lot to learn, not only about property management or real estate, but on the laws here in Vietnam.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me on how I can prepare myself for managing short term vacation rentals in Vietnam? 

My goal is to eventually have multiple rental properties around central Vietnam and beyond, but I still have a lot to learn about the laws and what my limitations are. 

Does anyone here have any resources or places for me to go to for learning about rental property investments in Vietnam?
