what is your experience renting to a psychic?

Hey Guys,

I'm wondering what your experience is renting to a psychic, they want to put up a sign and do business from the house. The house is in a bit of a upscale area so I'm a little worried about it and I don't know what to expect. I'd appreciate if you'd share your experience.
