Another screening question
Had a nice young couple take a look at my house last night. Good looking couple, nice cars, no visible tattoos, good dual income, etc. They filled out applications and said that they would like rent the house.
Her check turned out perfect.
His shows a recent lawsuit from the electric company in the amount of $535. Problem is that I can't tell if the electric was turned off, or if it was a collection from a few years ago that never got paid.
Thoughts? Decline? Or accept and make everything go under her name?
Thanks
Rich
