I became an accidental Landlord when the economy crashed.  I have a place that I have rented out three times over the past 6 years.  I want better more job stable tenants and Higher rent. Dont we all?  So any advice on websites to list the house for rent and the screening process.

Now that I am landlord I want to try to move forward and acquire a property and become a purposeful landlord.

Sigh. Every dog that destroys anything, people blame it on "pit bulls."

No dog "eats" cabinets unless those cabinets are made of meat.  If a drug dealer tenant locks a dog in the kitchen 24/7 and the dog freaks out because she's trapped and alone and tries to claw her way out, what you have is a human problem, not a dog problem.
