@Steve Rozenberg Property Managers are responsible to their clients for enforcing the lease.  What you and I do for others, the individual investors must do for themselves.  

If I were to stress this one thing to a self-managing landlord, it is to keep your emotions out of it and follow the lease as it is written. No exceptions.
