cash flow
When someone states their criteria for cash flow is x amount, do the mean before or after all expenses vacancies and reserves?
For example: I was listening to a podcast 153, Linda McKissack, this weekend and she stated are criteria is $150 to $200. Cash flow.
So before or after all eexpenses, vacancies and reserves?
