Thoughts on Earthquake insurance in Anchorage Alaska

Hi guys! I live in Anchorage, Alaska and am in the process of buying my first multifamily rental property (5-plex). One of the questions I've been trying to decide is if it's worth spending the money for Earthquake insurance. The annual fees are quite high and it comes with a 20% deductible (property is worth about 330k). The few local investors I've asked don't purchase the insurance. Just wondering what other people's thoughts are.
