Should I make my wife sign a lease?

So, we bought like our 57th house and we're going to move to that. For some reason, it's in my name, not joint.

We've been married for 10 years and together for 15 I suppose, and we own a lot of houses together and a couple of businesses.

But with the new house, should I get her to sign a lease, or consider, like, I dunno, a spouse, and hope things work out?

I'd really like to get things like area of the marital bed sorted out, proper 50/50, with recourse in the lease that one of us has to decamp to the sofa if they invade the neutral zone in a non amorous way.

I'd also like to include pets to limit her to 6 cats. Not that she has 6 cats, because I don't want to grow old with crazy cat lady. I figure we already have crazy covered when she married me.

I'd also like to put in the lease that if her dog sleeps on my pillow, there will be consequences. Could I include that in a 10 day with cure notice, for instance?
