My partner and I are looking to acquire a 15-40 unit apartment complex by September 2016. So We've been talking to brokers, which we haven't had much success so far, but we plan to keep pushing forward of course. We're also doing direct mail.

I wanted to connect with other apartment owners if possible or realistic; and if willing, help out a few times during the week in the day to day operation in managing an apartment complex, kind of like an internship.
