Hey BP,

I have a question one that has been in the back of my head for a while now. What is the difference between a Condo and an Apartment? silly question i know but i'm just really curious. And i know what your thinking "why didn't he just Google it?" lol well maybe because I just rather ask a well educated Real Estae community and not "Google"
