Should I Providing Internet &/or cable for a Triplex?

I have a triplex, just renovated, and am just starting to market it to college students at a nearby private university and a nearby law school. The units were renovated to compete with luxury apartment complexes nearby. where many college students are renting. However, I have read reviews and heard from students, that the apartment complexes do not treat them well, they tend to be unhappy with management at these complexes, even though they get a lot of amenities. Although I don't have all the amenities, ie, pool, gym, community areas, my triplex offers the ability to have  beautiful 2 bedroom apartments without dealing with apartment complex attitude. However, complexes normally provide things like internet, basic cable, etc, that I could probably do. I'm not sure if I should, but I think I could provide that. This triplex is not cable ready, and is not internet ready. Should I buy internet for the whole house, its about 2500 sf two story house divided into 3 units, 2 downstairs and one upstairs. Can one internet account provide service to that big an area? What type of provider should I look for, do I have to go through a commercial account, or can I just get a residential account? Does every tenant have to have their own passcode? How is that done? About how much should this cost? Will this improve my ability to attract higher rental income? Thoughts and advice? Thanks :)
