Down tree
Recently we had a storm that knocked down a tree at one of my rental properties. Unfortunately it fell into the rear neighbors yard. I have scheduled to have someone remove the tree but there was damage to the fence on my property and the neighbors. My question is am I responsible for fixing her fencing ? Any comment regarding tree removal from a storm is welcomed!

Yes, you're most likely responsible for fixing her fence since your tree fell on it. Not a big deal, just not fun because it's unexpected money out of pocket.
