Property Management & Insurance Reco's in Syracuse, NY

Hello, 

My wife and I have recently had our contract for our first multi-family bldg in Syracuse accepted. Before we close, we need to get the bldg insured and handed over to a property management company as well. 

Looking to this group for recommendations for both. Also, since we are newbies - if there are key questions we should be asking as we evaluate both and pitfalls we should avoid - please voice them/point us to them.
