I live in California and invest in St. Louis, MO. 

I'm currently looking for a reliable handyman in St. Louis, MO and was wondering if you folks have a recommendation.

We invest in different states, so when I need a skilled trade I do the following.

#1 Post add in "GIGS" on craigslist. 

Example:

Looking for $20/hr skilled handyman with tools and reliable transportation. Must look professional for occupied units, and apartment complex experience is a plus. Must also have smart phone to take photos of work completed & text for rapid communication.
