I have a poll for all of you landlords regarding online payments. 1 What offerings do you have for your tenants to make online payment? 2 What are the costs and are they per payment(and who pays it)? 3 How long does it take the payment to clear your account? 4 Does this method allow you to prevent partial payments? 5. Does it allow you to prevent payments if you seved a 5 day? I am so looking forward to the replys
