Property being foreclosed
I have a rental property in Ohio and it is being foreclosed. There are beautiful appliances in the property and I would like to swap them out for cheaper ones. The problem is there are currently tenants living at the property. Can I do this by giving the tenants a notice and replacing the appliances I remove?
