When a tenant moves additional people into unit

Tenants moved additional people into unit, im not absolutely  sure, but i thought id ask the question about what to do in this situation, if its true should the rent increase, they are on a M2M, should there be a time limit on extended guest, just looking for some direction please

You need to study your state landlord tenant regulations. That is the resource that will provide your answer.

Other landlords in other states operate under different regulations.
