Harder to find a Property Manager when you own just one property?
Hi,
Have any of you found it more difficult to find a property manager if you have just one rental property under your belt? Are there any other disadvantages that I may not be aware of besides the obvious i.e. no chance at bargaining for reduced fees on multiple properties?
