Dismiss eviction if tenant pays rent? Moving out on 4/1

M2M tenant has not paid March rent and plans on moving out.  After I served 3 day pay/quit notice  tenant tells me on 3/22 that she will be moving out on 4/1 and will try to get rent to me ASAP.  So technically owes March and April rent.

I am going to courthouse to follow through with eviction affidavit today.  If tenant does come up with March rent, should I dismiss court case?

Is it better to take losses and get 1 month rent and keys back so I can have access to unit for remodel?  I would have lost 1 month regardless as unit needs updating.

Or, refuse to accept March, follow through with eviction and sue for March, April and court fees (Approx $1,700 total) and follow through with judgement and collections? Tenant recently got a good job at a place she will unlikely quit.

TIA for any responses.  1st eviction experience here.
