Maine Landlord Class

I just wanted to let everybody know that there will be a Landlord class offered at the Ramada Inn in Lewiston, Maine, on April 13.  It's $275 and includes the landlord manual that contains a lot of the legal forms that Maine landlords need.  It's worth 6 CE credit hours for lawyers and Realtors.  If you want me to forward you the flyer they sent me, just PM me as I'm not sure how to do it here.
