Hello Bigger Pockets community! I recently started real estate investing and bought my first rental property in Beverly Hills, Michigan. I just signed the contract this week. Could you guys tell me what are some of the best practices for efficiently running a rental property? Also welcome any other tips and/or things to watch out for. Thank you!
