building that currently have tenants
i am looking to buy a building that currently have tenants with a lease that renews automacally after each year. i would like the whole building to myself as i would like to start my own business there. the tenants said they will leave at the end of the year but i dont have that in writting or anything. what can i do? can i kick them out? or will they have to leave on their own accord
