When a tenant is denied due to a credit report, you have to send them a notification and the name and address of the company so they can view and dispute the report right? When using mysmartmove.com, what address do you use?

Mysmartmove uses TransUnion so you'd provide that address in your adverse action letter.  Here's their info:

TransUnion

PO Box 1000

Chester, PA 19022

(You can't post phone numbers on here but you need to include that too.  Just look it up online.  The number ends with 4213.)
