I am in the process to buy a turn key property for a rental  in my area,  the change from just a 6 months is huge.I am looking at single family house in the starter range ,or investment i.e. rental house 1000 to 1400 sq feet here in the right location priced right gone in 24 hrs .My agent has not seen this since the a big change in rates in the 90s .The prices have not gone up sharply I think that is coming soon this spring or early summer.

So I am watching the MLS very closely . Folks who own are single family with prices going up and more to are looking good.

I was told my rent is really on the low side so I am going to raise the price soon few bucks more.
