POSTLETS/ZILLOW SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT....NOW WHAT???
Hey Guys,
Zillow, formerly Postlets, suspended my account that I use to list rentals. My rentals are not advertised on Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads etc.
Has this happened to any of you'll? How did you resolve it?
This is the second time they have suspended my account. First time I just created a new account using a different email address.
This time I rather get to the root cause of the issue and get my account activated. I emailed them and they responded with "I need to submit documentation showing that I own the property or I am authorized to manage it". I emailed them the Federal Employer Identification Number showing the name of the LLC, my name, address etc which should have be strong enough to get my account activated.
Zillow never responded back.
Listing it on Postlets/Zillow and having it synced to other major websites for free is the primary way I get leads for filling my vacancies with higher quality residents.
Are there any other FREE ways to advertise and sync to multiple websites?
