Deadbolts?

I am renting out my property and I read that there is a requirement for keyless deadbolts on all exterior doors. I hired a locksmith to rekey the locks and he rekeyed without mentioning about this requirement. Now, I am thinking of installing the keyless deadbolt on my own, but I cannot find anything in home depot. Anyone have any idea of what I can buy at home depot or lowe's? Also, if I were talking to the locksmith, what do I tell him so he installs the right locks. I already paid him for rekeying and it seems I will have to do some more work to be compliant. Any guidance is most appreciated!
