Does BP sift through Private Messages for Advertising?

Does Bigger Pockets sift through private messages between members for advertising or other purposes?

Less than an hour after mentioning a houseboat I stayed on in Amsterdam in a "private" message with another BP member, I saw the following houseboat advertisement. Given I've never seen a houseboat rental advertisement in my life I don't think, and I rarely talk about houseboats - so if this is just a coincidence, I'm buying a lottery ticket!!

10:00AM, 2/23/16 - 45min later..

Btw, I'm not knocking BP or advertising by any means, and I believe this is a regular practice with all of our beloved Gmail (yes, they are trolling through your gmail conversations to advertise to you). It was just the first time it had slapped me in the face on BP, so decided to ask around about it..

@Josh Dorkin or @Brandon Turner care to jump in before any speculation..
Or anyone receiving similar "mined" relevant content from your private messages?

PS> Love BP! Thanks for putting out such a great venue for us all to get together and share!!! Advertising or not!!
