Tenants refusing showing

Hello Everyone!

I am looking at purchasing a 4 unit property that is fully rented however, the tenants are giving us a hard time to set up a showing. Has anyone else come across this issue and would this be a red flag that I should be concerned with? I'm wondering if I'm going to have problems with these tenants cooperating and three of them are still in a lease until the Sept of this year. Any suggestions?
