Oregon House Bill 4143 - Urgent

Oregon Landlords need to be aware and comment on HB 4143.  This house bill will complicate the landlord tenant relationship.  A few early provisions have been removed but the bill still needs help.  The backers think this will help affordable housing.  An active discussion on this site that we can direct our legislators to review will be healthy.  Additionally contact your representative and key representatives Today!  The bill is actively evolving and will be implemented rapidly under an emergency declaration.  I have a detailed email from the local rental owners assoc. with the key information and the key Senators, too much for a post.  Send me a message if you would like the more detailed email.
