rental insurance for tenant and interested party

My lease requires tenants to have renters insurance with minimum liability coverage prior to occupancy.  I've also required the tenant to list the landlord as an interested party.  My tenants left a message asking for recommendations for companies to use.   Any thoughts on companies that have good coverage (covers pet bites for example) and work with landlords as an interested/third party?  Any reason not to recommend the same company I use for my home and the DP3?  Thanks for any thought.
