LLC for each?
One of my inside sales reps that works for me has 9 rentals that he and his wife own and manage. He said they put each house under a separate LLC in case they ever get taken to court. He claims it keeps all the other properties safe and only gives the plaintiff "legal access" to that one house.
Is this true?
Hope this makes sense.
