starting my first eviction =(

tomorrow i filling my first step to evict a tenant from hell. if you guys see my last post you will understand where i am. learned my lesson! thank you all for the advice! i will update this blog as it goes.

currently on a month-month lease.

Delivered a Notice to Cure giving her 3 days to rectify situation clean house and put her belongings in her designated area.and that lease will be terminated by months end. (hope she gets the point and moves out)

Filling a Notice to quit tomorrow and having it delivered by a marshal. it will give  a 10 day grace period for her to move and also have everything that happened noted with the state. ( in case she doesn't move by months end)
