Hello everyone, I was wondering what type of records everyone is keeping for the rentals. I know about rent rolls, and keeping all receipts for work done or materials etc purchased. Is there anything else I should keep.

Since it's a new year I'm trying to get everything organized, as I'm ready to purchase new properties this year.
