Looking to purchase more rentals

Hello Everyone,

I am new to the investment world and I recently bought my first rental property. I am looking for the best way to purchase more rental properties. Currently We only owe $40,000 on the condo and the surrounding condos are apprising for $80,000-$110,000. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. I currently work in the multifamily rental industry and have for over 11 years and have decided to start looking at doing things myself rather than for someone else.
