TN Investor looking for Investors to buy Preforeclosures and rent

Hello Bigger Pocket Investors my name is Orlando Pruitt.

I'm a preforeclosure investor investing in TN. Nashville TN is where I live but I send out marketing material to pretty much all preforeclosure homes in the state of TN.

Recently I ran into a investor who is looking to build up his portfolio of rental homes so he is allowing the tenants to stay in their house and rent it out once we have purchased their home keeping their home from going into foreclosure.

I'm posting this question looking to ask, are you a investor who is:

1. Willing to buy a house in Preforeclosure at a discount and let the homebuyer stay in the house and rent it out. (Some fixing up may be required)

2. Willing to buy a house in Preforeclosure at a discount and let the homebuyer stay in the house and lease it out with an 18th month option to buy it back. If they can agree to our terms within the 18 month period. (Usually little to no fixing up is required)

3. Willing to buy the house in Preforeclosure at a discount. Have the homeowner move out and you take over the house.
